Corporate hospitality & event management

Hospitality that puts your name in the right room.

We secure official hospitality at sport, music and cultural events, and run the corporate occasions companies host themselves, from a table of eight at a fixture to a 400-guest awards dinner. One account manager, written confirmations, one invoice.

What we do

Four services, run by one team.

Most clients start with hospitality at a single fixture and end up handing us the calendar. Each service is costed per head, with inclusions set out in writing before you commit budget.

01 / Sport

Official sports hospitality

Boxes, suites and premium seating across football, rugby, cricket, golf, motorsport, tennis, boxing and racing.

  • Private boxes and shared hospitality tables
  • Pre-match dining and post-match access where offered
  • Season-long packages and single-fixture bookings
  • Away-fixture and international tournament travel

02 / Music & culture

Concerts, festivals and theatre

Premium and VIP packages at arena and stadium shows, festivals, theatre and cultural events.

  • Lounge and early-entry packages
  • Seated blocks for larger guest groups
  • Festival hospitality and on-site accommodation
  • West End and touring productions

03 / Corporate events

Event management & production

Events you host rather than attend: conferences, awards nights, dealer and supplier days, launches and staff celebrations.

  • Venue search, site visits and contract negotiation
  • Production, AV, staging and branding
  • Delegate registration and on-the-day management
  • Catering, entertainment and speaker sourcing

04 / Guest experience

Travel, transfers and overnight

The parts of the day either side of the event, so guests are not left to arrange their own logistics.

  • Executive transfers and group coach travel
  • Hotel blocks held against the guest list
  • Itineraries issued per guest with venue access detail
  • On-site host for groups of 20 or more

Where we host

Four settings, one standard of service.

The venue changes with the brief. What does not change is the format of the day: arrival, hosting, dining, and a named contact on site from first guest to last.

Approach

A four-stage brief, every time.

The sequence does not change, whether the brief is a single table or a national roadshow. It is how we keep budget, guest list and supplier contracts in one place.

STAGE 01

Brief

Objective, guest profile, per-head budget and dates. We confirm back in writing what we have understood before sourcing anything.

STAGE 02

Source

Options from official and contracted suppliers, priced per head with inclusions and exclusions listed line by line.

STAGE 03

Deliver

Contracts, guest itineraries, dietary and access requirements, and a named contact reachable on the day itself.

STAGE 04

Report

Attendance, spend against budget and guest feedback, so the next cycle is planned on evidence rather than memory.

Standards

What a corporate buyer needs from a hospitality supplier.

Entertaining clients puts your brand in someone else's venue. These are the commitments we make so that procurement, finance and compliance are satisfied before the invitations go out.

Official supply

Hospitality is sourced through venues, rights holders and contracted agents, with the supply route stated on the proposal.

Written before paid

Venue, date, format and inclusions are confirmed in writing, and nothing is invoiced before you have accepted that confirmation.

Guest data handled properly

Guest lists and dietary or access information are collected under a signed data processing agreement and deleted on a stated schedule.

One invoice per campaign

Multiple fixtures and suppliers are consolidated into a single invoice with a per-head breakdown your finance team can reconcile.

Named contact on the day

Every event has a contact who is reachable while guests are on site, not only during office hours beforehand.

Contingency stated upfront

Postponements, fixture moves and cancellations are governed by terms we set out at proposal stage, not after the fact.

Enquiries

Tell us the occasion and the budget.

Send the event, the guest numbers and a per-head figure. You will get a costed proposal with inclusions listed, usually within one working day.
